Gyrotonic® Expansion System & Gyrokinesis

Our one-to-one Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're an experienced mover or completely new to the method. Designed to expand, spiral, and articulate the body, this system works through breath, resistance, and rhythm to strengthen your spine and open new pathways of mobility and ease.

Led by our experienced trainers Nicki and Monica, these sessions are deeply supportive, playful, and adaptive for all bodies and all abilities. With breath as the anchor, you'll explore new possibilities of movement while grounding into yourself aligned, open, and strong.

BIOENERGETIC MINDFULNESS

Our bioenergetic mindfulness practice combines meditative awareness with the principles of body-based psychotherapy. In this guided experience, you’ll be invited to observe, express and gently release emotional or physical tension through presence, posture and subtle movement.

Led by Monica, our on-site psychotherapist, the sessions are held in a supportive and grounded space where you are encouraged to work with the body as both a guide and a source of healing. Expect shifts in posture, mood and energy, a renewed sense of clarity and a soft return to your instinctive self.

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION & MASSAGE

Kundalini at Oraya is a dynamic blend of guided movement, touch, breath, and energetic release. Designed to awaken and regulate the nervous system, these sessions activate the body’s dormant energy centres and bring balance where there has been tension or fatigue.

Kundalini massage is a powerful way to rewire old patterns stored in the body and bring spaciousness where things have felt tight or stuck. These sessions are subtle yet deeply effective — you’ll leave feeling expansive, centred, and clear.

LYMPHATIC SELF MASSAGE: A FULL BODY DETOX

This immersive, educational workshop led by our lymphatic expert Carli - guides you into one of your body’s most overlooked yet powerful systems of healing: the lymph. This two-part experience is hands-on, potent, and deeply replenishing, no experience needed, just presence and a willingness to release. Expect to leave lighter, clearer, and reconnected.

You'll begin with The OG Full-Body Flow, learning to open key lymphatic gateways and stimulate detoxification through self-massage, breath, and gentle movement. From there, we move into Leaner, Lighter Legs, targeting the thighs, groin, calves, and feet to support drainage and bring clarity from the ground up.

Yoga at Oraya offers space to arrive — not to perform, but to feel. Our daily sessions weave together movement, mindfulness, and breath to support you in connecting to your body and the present moment.

Classes are adapted to the energy of the group and the rhythm of the day — energising in the morning, restorative in the twilight hours. Whether you’re a regular practitioner or brand new to the mat, these sessions offer a space to open, ground, and soften into your retreat experience.
